General Terms and Conditions

Deliveries are subject to the general Terms of Delivery of the company Microtronics Engineering GmbH, issued by the Austrian Electrical and Electronics Industry Association.

Conditions of DeliveryPackaged at the depot in 3244 Ruprechtshofen Austria according to INCOTERMS 2000 EXW. The fees for transport and insurance are billed according to the actual costs of transport and insurance.

General delivery termsMicrotronics general delivery terms (see “General Terms of Delivery_Mai 2007.pdf”) are an integral part of all deliveries.

Pricesetting/ Price adaptationPrice changes are reserved. All prices in Euro, excluding taxes and customs duties.
The prices will be adapted every year according to the Austrian Consumer Index, Statistic Austria, based on January 2007.

Conditions of PurchaseUnless otherwise agreed, all orders of supplies or services are subject to our Shopping Conditions.

Jurisdiction The venue of the responsible court is in St. Poelten/Austria under subject of Austrian law.
